The entire Bergen Realty team is made up of true professionals that know what they are doing and guide you through the entire process. My wife and I just closed on our second home and thoroughly enjoyed working with this team. We spent the most time with Roger looking at homes, discussing pros/cons and negotiating the deal. Kelly and Roger are amazing realtors and true professionals! When they show you a home, they point out small details to consider that you don't readily notice on your own. One of the properties my husband and I considered went into best and final with multiple offers. Roger had tips to ensure we were the most attractive offer to the seller. They guide you through the entire process from start to finish and each know many professionals (landscaping, painting, AV, etc.) to recommend once you close on your new home. In addition to being true professionals, they are both lovely people that I thoroughly enjoy spending time with and consider friends now. Reviews are not something I do often but after the experience we had with Roger Tashijan, I’d be doing everyone who’s looking to buy in Bergen County a disservice by not letting them know that Roger and the Bergen Reality Team are hands down the absolute best to work with. This was mine and my wife’s first time in the housing market and truly didn’t know what to expect or how to approach this but Roger was the PERFECT person to walk us through this process. He took a lot of pride in working with first-time home buyers and teaching us the things to look for that made such a big difference. Any questions or thoughts we had Roger had the answer. We truly felt like we were Roger’s only client because of the attention he gave us 24/7 (when we knew he had other clients). We met Olinda Sturm by chance, told her what we were looking for and low and behold, we are sitting snugly in our new home! Patient while we looked at several towns in the area, Olinda really listened and did not try to guide us to more expensive homes. Once we found "the one", the seller's agent was not from the area. Very familiar with the Oradell area, Ms. Sturm organized and helped with paperwork/town compliance for both the seller and us, even though she was solely our ("buyer's") rep. She knew we wanted to get in by a certain date and she helped make it happen. Olinda was always friendly, quick to respond and offered assistance in other areas. She was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

We used The Weber Sturm Group to sell our home in Hillsdale, N.J. last December (2015). We listed with Olinda Sturm at the end of that August. She provided us with a complete analysis of our home and the community we lived in. Ms. Sturm suggested our asking price and also made suggestions as to what kinds of improvements needed to be made to get close to asking price. The improvements were minor because we had recently painted and remodeled our kitchen. We followed her suggestions. She also brought in an excellent photographer that showed our home beautifully. Olinda was always available to assist with any issues or questions we had. Our house was on the market a short time when three bids came in. We were able to accept the highest bid. The offer was much higher than the asking price. I attribute this to Ms. Sturms expertise. My husband and I will use her again when we are ready to purchase another home!
